Salon Policies


To reserve an appointment, we will take a 50% deposit and will need a major credit card on file for you. If you must reschedule or cancel appointments, please notify us 48 hours in advance to avoid an automatic credit card charge of 50% of the price of the services reserved.

For a ‘no show’, your credit card is automatically charged for the full value of services.


If you are late for an appointment, it may be necessary to reschedule. Your technician will do her best to accommodate you. In order to ensure total relaxation and enhance treatment results, we encourage you to arrive 15 minutes prior to your reservation.


Children are not permitted in the salon. For safety reasons and insurance purposes, no child under the age of 12 may accompany you while you are having a service. We do not have the facilities to care for children. We love children and we hope you understand, we cannot assure their safety in a professional environment. We also do not want to compromise the relaxation of our guests. YOUR UNDERSTANDING IS GREATLY APPRECIATED.


We reserve the right to change prices and services at any time without notification. We accept all Major Credit Cards, Travelers Checks, and Cash; but please, no Personal Checks.


Retail products that are unopened and unused may be exchanged with an original receipt within 14 days. We do not offer refunds or apply credit toward services for returned merchandise.


A minimum of three people is required for On-Location services. Prices are based on venues located within close proximity to the salon. When extended travel is required, additional charges may apply.
